Do you provide free estimates?
Yes – absolutely! We ask that you fill out the form below or give us a call (and for those of you who prefer to text or email – that works great too!). We will give you a call to discuss your vision, your goals and get you a free estimate! Typically, once we see the project, we can give you an estimate in as quickly as 24 hours (for larger more complex jobs, we may need an additional day or two, to work with our suppliers to get the most competitive pricing for our customers.
What areas do you server?
We serve the Greater Atlanta area – and typically anything within 90 minutes from Gwinnett County.
Can you walk me through your process?
Once you fill our our form (or get in touch with one of our team members) we will make sure to capture exactly what you are looking for.
We will meet you at your best availability and capture your vision in person – discussing any details, recommendations and other details specific to your project. We like to spend about 15-30 minutes to get to know you, what is important and how we can work together.
After that, we get to work on getting pricing together and back to you typically within 24 hours.
If a client decides to accept the estimate for the project, we will send over a detailed statement of work, a contract and our promise of excellence to you.
Depending on the size of the project, it can typically take from 1-2 days to 1-2 weeks.
How will I receive the estimate?
We typically like to send a quote via email – we take pride in capturing your vision and each quote is custom to the job, and very specific. We like to be detailed as possible and ensuring that all of your expectations are capture and that you are protected!
We also encourage you to ask any follow up questions, anything that needs clarification. Our priority is to ensure you are 100% comfortable and satisfied.
I accept the estimate - what is next?
Once all of your expectations are captured and are satisfied with the quote, our team will work with you every step of the way. We like to think of it as a white glove service – which is often missing in the construction industry. We will provide you with a detailed statement of work and schedule a start date that best works for you.
I have a hard time envisioning my ideas on my property, can you provide me with a design sketch?
Yes! Typically, we would put together an estimate first, to ensure we can build your vision to your budget. We would then work with our designers to provide designs that are custom to your property and your vision!
Are you fully insured?
Yes! The comfort and safety of our customers, employees and suppliers is most critical. We are fully insured and meet all insurance requirements set by the State of Georgia.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We accept all major credit cards which unfortunately incur a 3% fee. Checks/Certified Checks/Cash are the preferred payment methods.
There is typically a 5% discount for cash payments.
